There was one customer in particular that would always pull the "Send the kid out with the money so you don't look like a jerk stiffing the delivery driver" trick. The child was always instructed to ask for the change back. Coins included. Finally one driver got fed up with this and when this order came up again he decided to take it. Before heading up to the door, he gathered up 80 or 90 sticky, nasty, pennies from his console that had been in there for god knows how long. Of course the kid asked for the change back and he handed over the sickening coins and departed. Since then the customer never asks for his coins back. Just the bills.
