I am the manager at a Domino's Pizza in Maine. I am sending this delivery story in for one of my drivers because he is in the hospital for a few weeks and I heard about this site and thought this would be a good story to add. The driver in this story I will call "Big Guy" because he is a BIG guy. We're talking like 6'8" 350+ pounds. Anyhow, he went on a delivery last Friday to the next town over which I absolutely despise because they are rich for one, and the only thing they ever order is one medium pizza which makes it an even bigger pain in the a#$. So Big Guy takes the pizza out to this 48-story mansion (slight exaggeration) and of course he gets no tip; goddamned rich people.
On the way back to his car, he slipped on their sloped driveway with about 3 inches of solid ice on it and broke his leg. I know he only fell down, but that's a lot of weight to put on a person's leg. Anyway, I hope their homeowner's insurance covers this one. Looks like Big Guy got a good tip after all. Booyeah!
The moral of the story is: "Always tip the pizza guy."
