Delivery story 382

Snowboy writes:

I word at Domino's in southwest Michigan. This happened a few times this winter. I would be delivering, and yes, I do deliver in a 2004 GMC plow truck. I would go up to a house, get no tip, then the customer would have enough balls to ask me if I'd plow their driveway on the clock for free.

I'd nicely say f#&k off and offer to come back when I get off and plow. Then give them an outrageous price like $80 for a single wide driveway. To think, if they had tipped me, I would have done it much cheaper. Normally it would be in the middle of one of those lake-effect blizzards with bags under my eyes from working 20-hour days.

How can't people realize tips are what drivers depend on!
