10. I got the wrong pizza / part of
the order was wrong or missing.

The wrong order happens when the phone person pressed
the wrong key on the computer and entered it incorrectly.

Please ask the driver (not the store) to see the
printed ticket. You want the driver's ticket. Check the ticket on the pizza
box if the store puts it there.

If the ticket matches what you received, there's
no reason to blame the driver. The driver was just following orders.

Sometimes people change the order too late.

Sometimes the
customer changed the order after the driver left the store.
The driver did not received the updated ticket at the store.

Again, please compare the printed ticket to what
you actually received and determine if the driver was simply following
orders.

When busy, drivers don't have time to check all the pizzas.
They're boxed and bagged before the driver receives it. They depend on the
store to make sure everything is correct. The driver has only seconds to inspect an order by peeking into the box through a narrow angle. Some details are bound to be missed when things are busy. The kitchen cut table has a much better view.
