Objections 13. How do I know the driver didn't waste time? This is asked by customers who suspect the driver wasted time and could have delivered much faster. After all, you can't see what the driver was doing. Drivers have incentive for speedy delivery. We want it delivered as soon as possible. This way, we take more deliveries per shift. With more deliveries, the driver makes more money. That's how the system works. Most of our income comes from tips. Tipped income depends on having the most customers in the shortest period of time. That's how we make money and why we don't waste time. You have to ask yourself if it's fair to punish the driver for something you really don't know about.
