18. The person on the phone was
unprofessional or rude

If the phone staff did not perform their job adequately,
some customers reduce the driver's tip. You might be upset at the phone person's
attitude. Perhaps they were unprofessional or discourteous in some way.

Lowering the driver's tip is unfair to the
driver.

You're punishing the driver for what someone else
did.

95% of the time, the person on the phone was not
your driver.

The driver had nothing to do with it and has no control
over it. Usually the driver doesn't know about it. You have to let the store
know this problem exists. Please see I'm sending a

Remember, the tip goes to the driver. Not a cent
goes to the phone person.
