Objections 19. The driver was not my favorite driver / not a woman. Some customers have a favorite driver. Rapport develops over time as they are served regularly by the same driver. If they get a different driver, they tip below the norm or not at all. There's nothing wrong with tipping more than usual to a favorite driver. The problem arises if they tip other drivers less than the normal amount for the tip. The store has many drivers. Most stores have ten or more. It really shouldn't matter who delivers your pizza. The same work was done. Lowering the tip because the driver was a different person or a minority is unfair. The same work was done. Please don't discriminate on the basis of race or gender!
