Objections 14. It took longer than 30 minutes In the 1980's, Domino's had a unique offer. They guaranteed delivery in 30 minutes or else it was free. Soon, everyone expected 30-minute delivery, even if they ordered from another company that never had the offer. The guarantee caused serious problems. Drivers were causing accidents and running red lights to get it delivered on time. Eventually, Domino's lost a major lawsuit and was forced to drop their guarantee. It took the lesson of Domino's and many terrible accidents before the world understood it was untenable. The 30-minute guarantee is impossible.
