26. Changing to a pick-up after the
driver left the store

Your pizza is not at the store when you arrive
because the driver left before you changed it and now you must wait for the
driver to return.

Before you order, please establish in your
mind if you want pick-up (carry-out) or delivery. You should know when you
first order. If you decide to switch to a pick-up, you have 15 or 25 minutes
on average before it leaves, depending on how busy the store is.

You really should tip the driver if this happens
because you made the driver take a wasted trip.
