32. Complaining it was 5 or 10 minutes
late

The delivery time is an estimate. It is not
meant to be understood as an exact time. There are many unpredictable factors
that can affect delivery. Five or ten minutes late is well within reason.
This isn't a valid complaint. You shouldn't worry until it's 30 minutes
late.

Don't be fooled by Pizza Hut if they call
it a "promise" time. This is the same thing as a delivery time estimate.
There's really no way to be precise and it's not a guarantee. They should
not mislead you by referring to it as a "promise" time.

Most people will laugh at you if you complain
it was only five or ten minutes late.
