If it happens more than once, the driver's have no one to blame but themselves. As long as you stand up to them, and call the DO or HR if necessary, it stops. The pig 3 are so scared about the pending lawsuits, that they don't want to do anything that will give the lawyers more ammo.

If you cheat on your out the door numbers then you will have bad return times. Any AD with enough common sense will start looking at the numbers and figure what is going on. It is not worth it to cheat.

I used to pride myself on the lack of cheating my store does. Since I stepped down, however, if I'm not in the store, I receive several text messages about such cheating. *sigh*

I love how the post the top stores for each metric on the board. While explaining how it's pointless to cheat your numbers to a shift manager, I once said "That's not a list of top performing stores, it's a list of who can cheat the best!"
