I won't let them get away with it anymore. I may have left and returned to PJ‘s temporarily but I will make it my personal business to see every driver in the UK unionized under a special union only for drivers.
These people get away with anything they want.

For too long in the UK, drivers have accepted all sorts of bulls--t. That's just an example of that one franchisee. No more! I won't let them win anymore. I will make them pay.
They act illegally, make their own rules. It's not right, dammit.
My latest email reply from head office:
"Fully appreciate your position, but thought it would be more helpful for you to meet with them but it is entirely your prerogative not to. As you know our internal procedures are now already way underway and my colleague is working with the franchisee in this respect to ascertain if there is any substance to your claims. Once our investigation is complete, our recommendations for improvement in relation to corrective and preventative measures will be reported to our directors for action."
