I work at Pizza Hut in Owensboro, KY. Recently I just learned that we are losing $3.00 per hour at a time when we need it the most. This will put me out of a job. I can not drive for $4.25 per hour. I have a clean record and put up great #s there. I also work the fryer, phone, dough, mop, garbage, sauces, fold boxes, dishes, etc. No driver can drive on this wage and say they're making money. There is gas at $3.95, wear and tear, tires, maintenance, insurance, etc. So far all the laws I look up allows them to do this. Why do we fall under the tip laws when a waitress has no expenses? Any help from you I'll take. They also told me that we get a increase on our runs of 1 cent every time the gas goes up 25 cents. What the hell?

Domino's pizza . In Florida for 3 years. 100,000 miles driven. I work 315 days a year. Probably 19,000 deliveries. Where do I sign. Is the Class action against Domino's still open? (rtassler@yahoo.com)

I would like to join this union you are organizing. I am a PJ delivery driver in Lancaster county. Please let me know what your plans are and what you plan on doing in the future with this group.

There is a new Suit that just opened up. Read more here:

Pizza Hut across street from my restaurant cut the delivery wages. We've been getting more and more business since then. They are down to ONE DAY DRIVER AND ONE NIGHT DRIVER. INSANE. CALLED THEM TONIGHT. 3 HOUR DEL TIMES. WONDER HOW MUCH THAT FRANCHISE OWNER LIKES THE NEW POLICY NOW...POWER TO THE PEOPLE, LMFAO.

In the past year, I've seen something I never thought I'd see. Having a Driver move into Management wasn't uncommon. But when a Driver ASK to become a Cook instead, you know it sucks on the streets even worse that in the shoppes.

Hello all, it's been a while...just wanted to let you all know, I was a Class Member in Wass & Smith, et al. v. NPC International Inc., in regards to improper reimbursement of expenses, and well...we won. Check came in the mail. That is all... :) Happy deliveries folks.

Awesome! Congrats! I just did a calculation of the current DR in the PH store I currently work in VS. my old PH store when we had this ridiculously large delivery area. I picked an area on the map my old store would have us drive to (mostly singles of course). At $4/gal gas they would have to pay the driver a grand total of $4.57 cents to take a delivery that went 6.6 miles away from the store (13.2 miles X 0.346 cents per miles = $4.57) I know my old store probably paid me around $1.25 a run when gas was in the $3/gallon area. Do all PH stores nationwide pay by the mile now? Are they all around 32 cents per mile (depending on gas prices)? Dominwhore writes:
